Why we exist, and the problem we solve.

5 Points was created to address two complaints often raised during the IT buying cycle.

Purchaser

"Why do I have to buy through a reseller? You're providing the service, they just make it more expensive!"

Vendor

"Why do I have to sell through a reseller? They just keep asking for more margin and don't do anything to earn it!"

Of course, a reseller can add a lot of value to both the purchaser and the vendor. But sometimes that isn't needed — and all both parties want is an easy transaction without anyone jacking up the price. That's what 5 Points is for.
