Why do I have to buy through a reseller? You're providing the service, they just make it more expensive!
Vendor
Why do I have to sell through a reseller? They just keep asking for more margin and don't do anything to earn it!
Of course, the reseller can add a lot of value to both the purchaser and the reseller. However, sometimes that isn't needed, and all both parties want is an easy transaction without anyone jacking up the price.
